Still haven't gotten my order

We ordered a Samsung Galaxy A15 on 23-03-2024 and paid R3037.98 shipping included and it still hasn't arrived yet they are not being very helpful and wont give us a refund because they dont have the fone nor know where it is. Wòuld not recommend this company
