RED FLAG , DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

RED FLAG: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I am a new customer and although I bought and received two items from them , one of them was defective .I do not recommend them as they don't even want to follow their own policies which is a red flag for me . On their page it states that you can return any product within 30 days of receiving it. They cunningly try to waste time time till the days expire and make it difficult to return items . I don't even want to know what a warranty claim and the warranty process will be like . Besides that they are total noobs when it comes to Tech support and their advice is just a bunch of guesses and maybes, any actual research by a competent person is not being done. Better to buy somewhere else.
