FAILURE TO DELIVER OR REFUND TO SOUTH AFRICA

I ordered a pioneer head unit, arrived in SA, which the site said they do shipping to and was sent back, still no refund, order was placed in march, now i am 200 dollars out with nothing, worst then a ****.
