Do not buy from Techinn!!!

Order Number ***3 Unfortunately there is not an option to rate Techinn with zero stars. I ordered a Disney Funko Pop Advent Calender on 2 December 2022 and paid for my order and elected delivery via post office. I received a confirmation of order email advising that my parcel would be delivered between 14 and 19 December 2022 and a despatch notification email for tracking which has not been updated since 14 December 2022with the alleged despatch of the parcel from the Netherlands. I queried mid January 2023 when there was still no update on the tracking system. I received a response from Support and was advised that it was a customs issue and was given the post office email address to follow up with. I emailed a complaint back to Support that it was not my responsibility to follow up on the delivery of the parcel but Techinn's responsibility to ensure that the parcel was delivered to me. I did however follow up with the post office who have confirmed that to date the parcel has not arrived in SA. I have read numerous complaints of similar experiences with Techinn. More than two months later I have still not received my parcel and have had no further feedback from Techinn who appear to be ignoring all email correspondence. Disgusting customer service and complete lack of service delivery. I suspect that the business may be a complete **** and caution everyone not to purchase anything from Techinn.
