Disgusted client

I bought a Redmi note 10 Pro during September and never received it until today 26/11/22... Was told it was damaged then another agent told me that it's lost... Until today my brother has not received his gift as I bought the phone for his birthday... So disgusted and annoyed with such service... Was told that I will be refunded when they receive the item and it's been more than 2months now😭😭😭... No client satisfaction at all with Technin... Couldn't even buy during black Friday as I am still waiting for my refund
