DHL wants me to pay duty

I took a leap of faith to buy from you guys and I already have regrets. I have made payment for a device and the courier costs for DHL. Now, I just got an email from DHL saying I need to pay duty. This is very frustrating because I have paid more than the advertised price for the device. I have received zero support from you guys.
