Clueless

I placed an order on the 13th of April (with an expected delivery 21-26 April). NOTHING YET. And if you contact them, you just get the "check your tracking"/out of our control... Find it unacceptable that there's no updates provided and asking when we can expect the item... no idea - we don't control the weather. Will NEVER order from them again - just want my current order delivered! If i'd known it was going to take 6 weeks I would have shopped elsewhere!
