Dishonest supplier - do not buy from Techina!

I fell for the professional looking website and bought a mobile phone in October 2024. In November the phone had not been delivered within the timeframe indicated on the order, I tried to follow up. There was no response on the mobile number, chat and email obtained from the website. At the end of November, I instructed the bank to raise a transactional dispute with the Techina to recover the payment made. The owner the of Techchina then contacted me with excuses of all the communications had not been as well as with excuses of customs and shipping delays. He then promised me a better model of the phone for the same price. He then proceeded to respond to the transactional dispute that the phoned had been delivered. Again, there was no response to emails, chats and phone. Techina was then requested by the bank to submit proof of delivery for which a response time of 30 days was granted. This week the 30 days expired, and my full payment was refunded by the credit card provider as Techchina **** in their response about delivery of the phone I have never dealt with such a dishonest company – would appear they had every intention not to deliver the phone. from all the documentation I now have.
