Worst service and aftersales

There is guy called Niketan as compliment or complains manager. Worst service person and team. I will never ever and would not even recommend my enemy to even purchase anything with them. Their refund policy is worse and they never want to take responsibility for their faults. Delivery is even worse as they claim they cannot share waybill as customers will know their suppliers.
