TechHut will not replace faulty delivered battery.
On 20 February 2023 at 14:20 my father Alban Willers received a damaged battery couriered to him from Tech Hut SA via The Courier Guy. He immediately reported the damaged battery. He followed up with repeated queries to you and The Courier Guy. Neither TechHut nor the courier service is prepared to take responsibility for the damaged goods. My parents are retired pensioners who cannot afford to buy another battery or should be forced to buy damaged goods! I would appreciate a speedy resolution of this issue, or we will continue to post on social media regarding the received goods and services and follow other channels to either resolve this issue or have their monies returned. The tracking number of the delivery was 9PS7TB. I am happy to also supply all communication between your sales department and The Courier Guy, with photos of the damaged battery.
I tried to contact TechHutSa via Facebook, with no response. Without responding to my query, they blocked me from the site or contacted them via Facebook.
