Refund problem

I ordered products from them which showed it was in stock, but once my order was placed and i paid for the goods I was told after 2 days that the items will be available only after 1 and a half months. I contacted them regarding this and asked for a refund. They kindly accepted my request but it has been 1 week and numerous emails and phone calls but still no refund has been received.
