Poor Service ,Refund Problem -Techhut Umhlanga is the Worst

Placed an order with them and received my goods very late ,When I returned them for a refund they said they will deduct some of my money because the goods were damaged of which I did not have a problem and asked them to proceed with my refund but its been almost 3 weeks now and no money has been received from them.
