Don't trust these people - they are *******!!!

I have placed 2 orders with this company. Both orders took over a month to deliver. With the first order, the goods were exactly what I wanted. With the second order, which was supposed to be exactly the same goods as the first order, the goods were different. Then, after asking them 3 times for my refund, they eventually tell me they will refund me. Two weeks later they still didn't refund me, only to tell me that i must courier it back to them first, at my expense, before they will refund me.
