SERVICE spelled in capital letters

I have dealt with a lot of IT service providers in my time. This one however does take the cake, in a very positive way indeed. Their staff is knowledgeable. friendly and they do respond to you without wasting time. They do take your problems as their own and treat you (even me) as the most important person in their lives. Heads up guys.
