Quiet, Efficient, Competent.

I have been trying to get a replacement battery for my Dell laptop for more than a year. The Dell workshops in Durban and Johannesburg refused point blank to supply without doing a lot of extra unnecessary work. I ordered from two suppliers (one via TakeALot) that supp**** cheap Pakistani imitations that wouldn't charge on my laptop. After searching on and off every month or so (and getting a refund from a supplier in India), I found TechExpress. The picture of the battery looked right, so I crossed my fingers and made my payment on Sunday 11th April 2021. It is now 1.30 pm on Tuesday 13th April 2021, and the new battery is in my laptop, working well. 5 Stars for this quiet efficient competence. Couldn't be happier with the product or the service.
