Bad communication, malfunctioning item. Don’t waste your money

I bought a fitness watch, they took almost a month to deliver with zero communication and I had to call them every week to find out the status of my order, finally received the watch and it was not working. It doesn’t count steps at all and I asked for an exchanged as of the 6th of August I still haven’t received the exchange watch and I have asked for a refund but they are not replying to my texts on WhatsApp. I regret wasting my money
