Hennie, an absolute star is what you are. Thank you for the past 2 weeks on resolving the many issues that plagued my laptop.

To give some background, i gave my laptop in at Tech.co.za to have an battery issue resolved only to be told there was no issue at all by the repair agent. The problem seemed to have fixed itself.

However due to me needing important documentation that was saved on the laptop Hennie arranged that i drive through to the Lenovo repair agents to have the documentation downloaded on to an external. To this every day we do not know what happened that there was a roaming issue that came from this, this only after it was a battery issue that needed to be resolved.

After many complications arising from this, Hennie was there every step of the way, logging into my laptop to troubleshoot, duplicating the problem on his side to find solutions to rectify the issues. Numerous follow-up phone calls over the course of 2 weeks to address the plethora of issues arising from this simple battery repair.

Hennie, a Champ is what you are in how you not only approached the problems, however how you where still delivering a service up until the discission of having to reset the laptop back to factory settings and start again from the beginning. Being there every step of the way and taking your own personal time to have these errors resolved.

You definitely set the Bar high for the rest to follow in your organization and i thank you for it.
