Shocking!!!

I ordered a new battery for my laptop on the 13th of July 2022, paid and got confirmation. Delivery within a week or so. It is now the 26th of August and still have not received anything yet. Have tried to call them, emailed them a few times with only one reply - "Thank you for the email and our deepest apologies for this. I am thinking the team probably missed it but i will get on it now and have it sorted out. I will follow up now and revert back to you by end of today with estimated delivery time"

At least they could just get back to their customers telling them that it is not available, .......
