Careful when buying...

Shocking company. Bought an xbox controller off their site. When it arrived it was a **** even though the pictures and description pointed to the fact that it was an original control. The box was also damaged and the control was definitely used. I have been trying to return it ever since. The owner or manager either ignores my messages or just strings me along.
