Excellent service and unrivalled customer experience
Excellent service provided by Kelvin. He was professional and went the extra mile to assist with repairing my air con. It’s quite refreshing to engage with a company that tries to assist the customer within the customers budget constraints and provide an unrivalled service offering. I am really glad I found them.

12 May 2026, 11:23Unfortunately Kelvin turned out to be a dishonest dealer. Following my excellent experience with techair for my aircon, I called them to assist with a few other snags and issues I had. Kelvin said he could assist, took my products, returned them completely damaged and now refuses to refund my money. I called the company, techair, to find out what’s going on. They rep**** by saying that Kelvin has falsely been using their documentation to generate invoices and pretends to be part of techair but he’s not.
