Useless and NO deliveries

This company's lack of professionalism and assistance is truly remarkable. Despite placing an order back in January 2024 for two items, only one managed to make its way to me with the promised next week delivery. However, there was no effort on their part to communicate any issues or offer apologies. When I reached out for clarification, the response was a mere promise to check and get back to me via WhatsApp. Shockingly, it's now April 11, 2024, and I have yet to receive any follow-up communication. They've completely ignored my messages and emails, showcasing a disregard for customer satisfaction.

Beware of engaging with this company; their incompetence knows no bounds. It's evident they have little regard for their customers and fail to uphold even basic standards of service. My sincere advice: steer clear of such online businesses that neglect their customers in this manner.
