Poor service
Chad Ransby from Tech360SA was referred as a reputable IT support company. Unfortunately, attention to detail and follow through was regularly lacking. Admin related to accounts was an ongoing challenge which was tiresome and created unnecessary tensions. It was often seen as too much effort to supply even the simplest explanations so as to set a customer at ease and ensure understanding.
