Very unhappy Customer

I have placed an order for a Bosh Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer on 25 November 2025. I was very sceptical at the time, so I called the call centre who confirmed that it is all good to order and delivery should take place within 3-5 working days. After no response via email or failing to speak to anyone on the phone, I got a response on the online chat on 3 December that delivery will happen the next day, which never happened. I continued the battle of trying to make contact once again, with still no success. Eventually on 8 December someone answered on the online chat again that delivery will happen on 11 December, but still no delivery. Now I am not getting any response from the online Chats anymore, still no response to emails and the phone calls drop after a few minutes. When I read all the reviews here on Hellopeter, I realise that I should have come here first before I made that purchase, I should have stayed with my original choice, but I guess a little too late. I am so frustrated, I don't even know what to do anymore.
