Urgent Action from Tech Trek on TTK1267 order.

My order TTK1267 was purchased on the 27 November 2025 for a 27 kg washing machine for R12,5k. I received pmt confirmation but to date have not received the product. I have e mailed on several occasions with no response. when you call the voice recording asks you to press 1, 2, 3 for sales, support or speak to an operator but continues to cut off despite calling over 20 times. Their online chat is just a self service option that doesnt provide anything except your order is being processed. The policy is 3 - 5 days delivery but nothing. Is there any hope of getting the product as they do not engage at all. They have one phone number and e mail address, very poor service and are they legitimate ?
