Terrible service, terrible communication, you may have to cancel that order!

I am only giving them one star because i couldnt give them zero. I placed an order with them on the 26th of July. Delivery was supposed to take place within 5 working days but up to the 13th of August, i was not gettng a proper response from them. they kept telling me my order had been dispatched but nothing. I then requested a refund on the 13th of August and still got no response from them and after numerous ignored mails, i had to threaten them with the ombudsman in order to get my money. Which has been received today, 20 August. IT has been a terrible experience and i will definitely not be dealing with this company again. I have all supporting documents for my communication with them as i had already prepared a file for the ombudsman. What terrible service
