Not Reliable

I purchased a Samsung from this company which I found on the Price Check Website. I googled this company's addressed and it seems they are located on the road. I could be wrong cos I don't know the area, but this seems like a random address from what I could gauge on Google Maps. Nobody answers the phone, ever. I only managed to speak to someone over their messaging service. They didn't dispatch my phone by the end of the week and after Googling them and not being able to find out much about them, my knees grew week, and I demanded a refund via that messaging service on their web site. Thank the heavens I managed to get my money back.
