No Service

Hi Placed an order on the 28th November all paid and sorted on the 2nd December check out the tracking number and still waiting for the delivery. Spoke to an agent and was told the delivery date is set for 6th December but of course no delivery on that date. All coms have come to an end mails not answered and even coms on the web site are not answered. What now!!!!!!!!!!!
