No delivery, months after payment!!!!

BE WARNED, THIS IS A SHADY ONLINE SHOP!!! No delivery after nearly two months.

On December 1st, I paid Techtrek for twenty boxes of Rotatrim A4 printer paper. I received the order confirmation right away, but I never heard back from them. This paper is readily available, so there’s no excuse for the delay.

I called them many times—most went unanswered, and when they did pick up, I was hung up on or transferred to dead ends. When I occasionally manage to reach someone, they promise delivery within two business days. From what I read, this seems to be their usual tactic, and sure enough, a week later, the status would still be “Prepared For Dispatch.” I eventually ordered from another company, which delivered the next day.

After reviewing online, I mostly found reviews with the same complaint: orders never arrive, describing Techtrek as a shady business that takes your money without delivering.

I also recommend checking their reviews on other sites before ordering. You’ll mostly see 1-star ratings accusing them of misconduct, and, suspiciously, a handful of glowing 5-star reviews, likely from friends or paid reviewers. If you still decide to use them after reading this, don’t be surprised if your money goes straight down the drain.
