Every point in the purchase process was exceptionally painful

Every point in the purchase process was exceptionally painful. They do not respond to emails and whether they answer calls is hit and miss. In spite of my request for an invoice for my purchase on 4 separate occasions they have not responded nor sent me this paperwork which is legally required. I would NOT recommend engaging with them at any level.
