DO NOT USE TECHTREK

am extremely disappointed with the shocking level of service I received from Tech Trek. I purchased a TV and to this day, 9 dys later,I have not received any proper communication or the product I paid for.

Tech Trek promised delivery within 2 days, yet it has now been almost a week with no update, no courtesy call, and absolutely zero accountability. Every time I phone, the consultant says they will check and come back - with no ressutls. For the last three days they do not answer any call.

THEY ARE PATHETIC - SHOULD MOT GET ANY RATING AT ALL
