Paid for Defy 10 kg SteamCure Front Loader Washing Machine DAW 387 - Grey and after 11 days received email out of stock this after10 times trying to phone them with nobody answering and mail after mail with no reply then eventually receive mail back asking for my banking details to refund me! 1-3 business days and money will be in my account ja ja and now i am waiting again Communication is bad bad bad
