Absolutely Terrible Service from Tech Trek

I am extremely disappointed with the shocking level of service I received from Tech Trek. I purchased a Hisense 55U7Q Mini LED TV on 26 November 2025, and to this day, I have not received any proper communication or the product I paid for.

Tech Trek promised delivery within 2 days, yet it has now been almost a week with no update, no courtesy call, and absolutely zero accountability. Every time I phone, the consultant says they will "follow up" and then drops the call — no feedback, no resolution, nothing. This is completely unacceptable for any company claiming to operate professionally.

I even sent a follow-up email on 1 December, and as expected, it was completely ignored. The lack of communication, customer service, and basic respect for paying customers is appalling.

At this point, I have lost trust in Tech Trek and have requested a full refund, as the goods were never delivered.
