Poor Service, Unable to solve problem
My PC was having trouble starting up all the time and shutting down while running. <br> <br> The \solution"from tech pro was that the BOTH HDD were faulty... being in this industry a long time I was very sceptical and made my feelings quite clear. I was assured they are 100% sure that the only problem with the computer was the HDD's.<br> <br> After finally receiving the PC again"

My apologies for sending a response now. I rep**** close to the actual post, but as individual and not under the company itself .
I remember this specific problem and even though I wasn't directly involved in the repair, I recall that there was uncer*****y/confusion re the actual problem.
I can assure you that, despite this specific case, there are very few problems that we are currently unable to resolve and one of very few who will actually try to repair and not just replace like most of the franchised IT businesses.
