I placed an order and made Payment for a phone on their website

I placed an order and made Payment for a phone on their website. When checking my delivery tracking process, the systems said that there is no record of my order. I have been trying to liase with them on what's app with no joy. I emailed them on the email address on the website and it says there's no email address found. They sent me another email to submit my issue. I still have no concrete info regarding this matter. This surely is a ****. I used a secure payment which is called fluuterware. I think all this is a ****. I still have no feedback from them. They sent me a tracking system which asks for a 5 digit zip code which only America has. To top it off, they only operate within South African 🤦🏽♂️🤷🏾♂️😞
