Failure to repair iPod after 5 months

In november2014 I took a iPod in for a new screen and was promised two weeks it would be repaired. After fiveonths and 6 visits and numerous failed promises and blaming of the screen supplier I left with the iPod still intro aired. On fact they hadn't even reassembled it.
