Easy resolution with a smile

I never thought my issue would be resolved so quickly. Austyn helped me at home with very urgent connectivity crisis and was able to resolve the matter. Not only was service with a smile I know I can ask for any help moving forward cause he makes it look so easy. My hardware can also be upgraded with a rock bottom price to suit my pocket.
