Don't trust Tech Heads!

I urge you not to do business with this company. In essence, they are *******. Over two years ago I ordered a replacement laptop battery. Kelly Wurst insisted that I pay in advance, which I did. The battery never arrived and Kelly promised to refund my money. Since then all he has done is either ignore my messages or make promises. It seems clear that, after two years, he has no intention of ever refunding me – he has ****** my money.
