Terrific service
I bought a product from Tech Guy SA and after having the product at home for some time, I realised that it was not what I should have bought to solve my particular issue. To be honest, I don't think Tech Guy SA was obligated to refund me but they immediately did and offered me advice on my next purchase. I can highly recommend them and it's a really nice looking website too!

Only think fair is fair and mistakes happen even on purchasing online. And if the item can be resold without issue ****erally sat with me for an hour) then refund shouldn't be an issue. I did find it odd suppliers wouldn't take it back cause its a battery but keeping that note mentally for future.
Sometimes would take a week all depending.
