Still waiting for delivery...
Sales service was excellent! After sales service, not so good. Placed my order and paid a week ago. Still don't even have a waybill number to track the shipment. Keep following up, but just get told to wait. Delivery from supplier was expected between 3 - 5 days. I phoned the fulfilling company directly and was told that the item is still waiting to be collected from their store in Cape Town. I'm in Mpumalanga!! So, still waiting...

As per calls today yes we made it out this morning early to the supplier to find out whats the hold up (just as JHB Called us about it as well). This as per call is sorted out the fault laid at Cape Town, (The person i dealt with may of misunderstood on the shipping requirements )
Should receive it Monday (at time of writing this on Friday as it is shipped from JHB).
Luckily this does not happen often also why we prefer charging couriers via Courier guy have better control over it but this end of the day still our fault so we do apologies.
Will follow up Monday afternoon with you on delivery.
