Something Good came out of something Bad

I had a very traumatic experience trying to order an inverter. I checked with a company who told me they had the item in stock and after paying for it within a couple of hours they told me they were out of stock and didn't know when they would get any more and that the cost could be more and that I would have to wait 20 days for a refund. I was distraught. I contacted Tech Guy who listened to my tale of woe and assisted me immediately confirming stock and reserving the item as I paid online. This was on Friday and the same day the collected and arranged delivery with a courier service I could follow the delivery movments online. The item was delivered this morning at 9.30. I highly recommend them.
