Great communication and service levels. Ordered an item close to Christmas, and feared will not receive the item in time and Techguy was closing for the holidays, but was surprised and extremely satisfied that the item was delivered just in time before Christmas. Pricing was also very competitive. This is the first time I purchased as item online from Techguy, and will definitely purchase again. Well done to Marc Cognet and his team. We need more of this level of service in SA.
