Marc is both a better salesman and support than the manufacturers. Info was clear and accurate. Delivery was really quick! I called Marc, placed the order, and like he said, 1-2days boom it was delivered! I ordered directly from Ecoflow, because they advertised the item in stock, but waited a month and eventually asked for a refund because they kept lying and apologizing about a possible delivery date.
