Useless product bad support.

As per all the reviews I've read, I'm having the exact same problem with my android box. I've done everything they have told me to do and it still doesn't work. I eventually stopped getting a reply and when I asked if they don't know how to correct the error, the response was "We have sent the only guide to fix this. There is no other fix. The guide works for all other customers so we do not have other info to fix this ". Don't waste your money on this gadget.
