TV box - No Netflix

Order #*** My TG Flex Android Box -Netflix Certified, Disney+, PrimeVideo Supported arrived. It worked and then out of the blue last week it won't play Netflix. It says Netflix is not supported by the device? How come because I bought the device because it said Netflix certified?
