They do not fix the mess they have done and when you messenger or email they block you!!!! if I could get a refund on my TV box i would because it is ******* and they don't have a contact number so you are at the mercy of if they bother to contact you back. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS THEY WILL NOT SUPPORT IT WHEN IT GOES WRONG BECAUSE OF THEIR UPGRADE.
