Tech Geeks dysfunctions

This product is frustrating and almost useless. The keyboard control problems after a month. Orange RF button keeps flashing therefore rendering useless. The normal remote is useless on its own. The 2 remotes it comes with has to work to gather. You can't navigate Netflix properly with either remotes and I have had computer geekstry to figure the dysfunction of both these gadgets. 1 for the review is too Lind. I am fed up with this product and a real waste of my hard earned money
