Bought a unit from the company with a faulty keyboard. Asked them to exchange it for a new keyboard. They have no number to call on and the chat service is the worst I've ever had. The person on the other end of the chat was so rude and had no idea of what he/she was talking about. I would not advise someone to purchase any products from them. Service is 0 star.
