NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Hi I've purchased an android box from this company called tech geeks around 4 months ago, suddenly the box goes faulty and doesnt switch on. Tried asking for help but since I was told they have over 20000 customers but only 10 staff they cannot have a landline number! Problem is this is so unprofessional and pathetic service. Gave up on emailing them and trying to fix it cos they fail to understand the problem I'm having. Just wasted R700 on this useless android box from these guys. Please dont support them.
