DSTV Now not working since installing their update.

DSTV recently stopped support for the DSTV Now version hat was installed on the Tech Geeks TV box. I queried this via email and was sent a guide as to how to update. All went well until I tried to update Google Play Services as required. I had to install their version from their portal and it told me: "App not installed. Package appears to be *******."

Despite emailing them twice about this, they have not come back to me with a solution. I specifically bought their TV box for the DSTV Now functionality. DSTV Now no longer works. If this is the case, I no longer want the TV box and want to return it for a refund. However, I would much rather have the problem resolved.

Quite disappointing as I have always had top class service from them previously.
