Apps never work. Cheap product

Purchased their tv Streaming box. The DSTV now app was always an issue. It is selective when it want to work. I contacted support on multiple attempts and only get automated responses on how to fix errors. If you follow their step by step instructions with uninstall and reinstall app. It still doesn't work!!! Do not buy this product. You might save money now, but in the long run you will have to buy a new better quality (more expensive Streaming box) anyway.
